I want to thank you for the wonderful time we had in Beijing. I was
very impressed with Nancy Wang, she was very polite, knowledgeable
and made our tour a pleasure. The driver whose name I do not recall
at the moment went above and beyond his duties to please us. I
will also like to commend the tour guide, whose name again
I do not recall, that took us in the rickshaw to see the Hutongs.
He was very nice and gave us a good inside of the life in
China.
I have already recommended you to all my friends for their future

Dear Alice
I just wanted to let you know that I thoroughly enjoyed the two tours
that you arranged for me in Guangzhou and Foshan.
Everything went according to plan and Luo Zhi was a very enthuisatic
and helpful guide. On the first day she helped me to include a visit
to the Museum of the Nanyue Tomb in the North of the city, which I
particularly wanted to see, and made sure that I got back to ShamianIsland
in time to change money at the bank of China. The driver was also
very efficient and friendly.
The only criticism that I would have of the arrangements is that when
we visited the famous Ceramics factory on the second day it would
have been more interesting if someone from the factory could have
shown us round or given us some information about how the products are
made. At the paper-cutting factory we were shown round by a member
of staff who spoke excellent English and provided a clear explanation.
It would have been useful to have had a similar service at the Ceramics
factory.
Over all I am indebted to you and Luo for enabling me to learn
so much about the sights of Guangzhou and the Foshan area in only
two days.

I also hope that I can come back to you in a year or two, you see,
I am organizing a trip to China for the Olympics 2008. We will be
around 35 people and would like to start the trip with a 10-days round
tour in China and then end the trip with a week in Beijing. I hope
that you¡äll be able to help us create a good trip with a lot
of nice things to see and do. During the Olympics in Sidney, with
had the same arrangement and it was terrific, so I am positive that
you and I together can arrange the same thing. Don¡ät you think
so?

Dear Aileen,
Just wanted to tell you how pleased I was with all the arrangements
you made for me (and my husband) in Shanghai. We returned home
yesterday. My tour guide (Mira) was lovely, informative, and
great to talk to. I was able to learn about life in Shanghai
from a personal point of view--something I would have never been able
to do as part of a large group. Our stay in the JC Mandarin Hotel
was delightful. The hotel staff was extremely gracious and made
us feel very welcome. All in all, our week in Shanghai was very
exciting and interesting. Thanks for all your help.

We have been on more than enough tours, and now prefer to make our
own arrangements for our travel schedule.(Some days we prefer to sleep
late, we like to choose restaurants ourselves, etc.)CITS Guilin did
an outstanding job of preparing an itinerary which met our needs,
doing all the booking (hotels, Yangtze cruise, airlines), and making
helpful suggestions about our travel arrangements.There were absolutely
no problems with any of the arrangements made by CITS Guilin.The service

was patient, enthusiastic about our interests in funerals and cemeteries
even though these were not her interests, and she was most cooperative
in every way, while doing it all with a great sense of humor!We all
thoroughly enjoyed her company and her personal way of making the
last part of our trip in your beautiful area so special.Shirley is

Having just returned from our trip I thought I'd drop you a line with
mine and Philippa's thoughts and the very few improvements we felt
could be made in the future.
First of all we would like to send you a very big thank you for arranging
the trip for us.Overall it was a very successful one which we both
enjoyed enormously and no doubt will remember fondly for many years
to come.
Particular thanks should be sent to all of our quides: Rebecca (Beijing),
Sissy (Xian ) and John (Guilin, Yangshuo).They were all very knowledgeable
and enthusiastic although I feel that particular praise should go
to Sissy and John.
Sissy is clearly going to be a future gem in the CITS crown. She has
a real urge to learn and a genuine interest in conveying her knowledge
of Xian and its cultural heritage which should be encouraged and nurtured.
John is already a gem! Philippa wants to give him special thanks for
all his patience on the bicycle ride round Yangshuo.I was particularly
impressed by how welcoming he was.When we told him that we loved authentic
and spicy food he invited us out for dinner in Yangshuo at the farmers
market and it was definitely one of the best meals we had in China.
Kitty, once again thank you very much for organising our trip we did
have a great time.Could you give me Rebecca, Sissy and John's full

Sorry I've been so long.
First I must say that I very much enjoyed the tour you arranged for
me so quickly. I was a bit worried at the start, when I had no itinerary
and no official receipt and only a ticket from Beijing to Xi'an in
exchange for my 13,000 yuan or whatever it was, but after I had persuaded
the hotel to take me in everything was fine. The tour guides arrived
and the tickets arrived at each hotel and I found all the places very
interesting, especially Guilin, where the guide was particularly good.
I shall get in touch with you again next time I'm in China, which
should be fairly soon. At present I'm in HK and off tomorrow to see
some other countries in the region.
